Day 5
Oh what a fantastic week. I have lost another 3 pounds and a total of 5 1/2" off my waist! The best part is I am not even doing the best I can do with the shakes and cookies!!! I have been walking everyday, twice, about 1-2 1/2 miles each time. My breathing is much much better. I just wanted to take a moment to tell you that I am off to a much needed vacation tomorrow. Heading closer to Nature, and I can't wait. I did GREAT all week, will do even better when I get back. I will talk to you all again then (mid week next week).

Another 30 Day Challenge Begins
Well I must confess the first 30 days was hampered by a very active summer life and I fell short of commitment. But you know what? It's ok, today is a new day and a great day to begin again. I could make excuses like we are going on vacation next weekend for 4 days and I will never be able to maintain, but you know what? I am beginning today, and will do MY BEST over vacation with my family. I most defiantly will be able to maintain my walking and supplements. Can bring along a few cookies and eat those too! Drinking lots of VitaWater will not be hard, I will just bring a gallon ready made with me!! Hey what the hay, I can also bring along a container of shake mix and MIX at least one meal a day that can't won't hurt even though we are camping and my partner is an EXCELLENT outdoor cook! I can remind myself often that . . .

For me it has been 10-12 years. I was very slim most of my life then just packed on an additional 20 pounds then 30-35. There are too many beautiful Hollywood actors, models, musicians to believe that it is just some fact of life. Take another look at women like Tina Tunner, Reba, Marilu Henner of Taxi, and many many more without cosmetic surgery and liposuction!! Let me put it this way "When was the last time you felt healthy?" Really strong and vibrantly healthy? Well I want you to know that you can again and sooner than you may think. Next time your out, take a good look around at the people you see and really look at them. Can you find one who truly looks vibrantly healthy? The majority of Americans are in very poor health. No wonder more than 400,000 die every year due to an unhealthy diet and sedentary lifestyle. Most of us do not carry good posture, we carry excess baggage (fat), we have bags and or dark circles under our yellow, red eyes, we consume foods that are so unnatural to the human body the very body that was given the garden of Eden for food. Now you may be thinking that your box of mac and cheese or lasagna dinner is fine, but I hate to be the one to break it to you, but due to our demands to keep up in our fast (too fast) paced world the laboratories have developed way to comfort us with food additives, sugars, and chemicals in ALARMING numbers. WITHOUT REGARD TO OUR (CONSUMER) SAFETY! Nor the safety of the works! Did you know that works dealing with artificial sugars and fluoride must wear a NASA like safety suit? Aspartame is more toxic than some narcotic drugs, yet it is legal. Day 18
Guys I am so jacked today!! I discover two absolutely rocking things! One is my jawline and double chin are noticeable smaller!! Second, even better my always supper dry scaly, flaky skin is hydrated and glowing! The cells them self appear smaller and are hardly detectable without the dry scale! (I have battled dry skin as far back into early elementary school as I can remember. Go Go Vita Water!!! Can you believe it, in just a little over 2 weeks!
Oh and I took a few more measurements, I am not going to post them today, but small changes are still happening.

Today has been a breeze!
Breakfast: eggs, sausage, whole wheat toast (have lost my taste for this kind of breakfast)
Lunch: Choc Shake (Large or whole one)
Snack: Sun Chips & salsa
Supper: 2 chicken strips, yellow rice, green peas, applesauce & tall glass of Vita Water

You know some of you might see my menu and thing I am not doing so hot! But, this is how it is, for 10 years I have dealt with bloating, gas, headaches, sudden runs (allergic reaction to chemicals) and very low energy and tolerance to heat! Right now I feel so darn fantastic!! ALL of the above symptom are gone! Some of you just can not image what I am talking about, but others of you know exactly what I mean. This diet, even as I am recording it, is changing my body and restoring my good health. Maybe a little slower than if I jumped in with everything but as I recorded the other day, when taking all the supplements I was having bouts of nausea. I think (from my research) that was just my body releasing toxins. Now some of you may prefer to get them out as fast as possible, some like myself would prefer to not get sick trying to get healthy! And this pace is not so slow by the way!! It has ONLY been just over 2 week! I feel 20 years younger than before! YOU can too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sat down today and created a program for everyone looking for a buddy to lose weight with and find encouragement, motivation, support, tips supplements and so much more. So I am working on a Group where we can receive a daily email with routine suggestions, tips, recipes, supplement suggestions and more! My first recommendation is to find a workout partner or group of friends and hit the local walking track daily (twice daily if possible) I will be. I will be suppling warm up, walking challenges, cool downs for YOU to lead a group or YOURSELF. My goal is to post a daily ACTION plan. I myself will pulling together a local group and meeting twice daily 7:AM & 7:PM weather permitting to glide through the ACTON plan and into Better Health. (No we won't always be able to ALL attend, that's fine, you will have your ACTION plan for the day use it when you can, get er done, see you tomorrow!) But as the group grows we should always be blessed with a small workout group. If you have any thoughts or suggestion feel free to share them.

Day 17
You know I find it amazing that I am only doing one shake (that's 1/2 of a shake) and one cookie per day (lately) and still my measurements are going down!!! I took another full round of measurements this morning and discovered that 4 of them have gone down more.
Neck 13 1/2 Lost 1/2"
Wrist 6" Lost 1/2"
Upper Arm is 12" Lost 1"
Lower hips (below P. bone) 36 1/4 Lost 1 3/4"
I know these are not earth shattering or anything, but remember I am not following the program I set out to do. If I was my weight loss would be much better. And Better it is going to get!
