Now this may not be SUPER, but considering I have eaten more meals than I intended, I think it is really great! They say just adding the cookies can help you lose weight, I am beginning to see how!! Anyway I am looking forward to the next week, I know the next few days will continue to be a challenge as we have a lot of outings planned for this weekend! We often do, and that keeps me away from home. I will work hard to drink water and eat salads whenever I can.
I did not begin my Yoga routine as planned this week, my book appears to be lost in shipping! So will have to improvise next week if it is not here. I am anxious to begin.
A long with Supplements Mentioned "Time Flies"
Lunch: Cho Shake & Cho Cookie
Time Flies
I can say this "They extra energy, clarity of my thinking, better use of my time capabilities" has been "AMAZING" to say the very least! (Not on one of my best weeks either if you catch my drift) I highly suggest these products. Vita Water is a simple little product that increases absorption of nutrients. Called "Wetter Water", it increases hydration, enhances nutrient delivery, and works as an alkalizing agent. Pretty amazing things in a little bottle of concentrate that you add to distilled or filtered water. I am using it as the WATER of choice for my Appetizer Diet® Shakes This addition alone is doing amazing things for my body. I have NEVER been a big fan of drinking water, I just don't care for it very much. Considering for my entire 41 years I have drank Coke (yes, even out of a baby bottle!) it is no wonder the bland taste does not appeal to me. (thought I KNOW how bad and dangerous it is to continue drinking) When drinking Vita Water we only need to consume about half the normal recommended daily allowances. That makes it REALLY GREAT for me.
I want to once again caution everyone, when making changes such as the ones suggested about it is always good to consult with you physician because things change fast, you might not be aware of them and if taking any medications, drugs even a daily aspirin can become dangerous with proper modification. Use good judgment, be safe.
Deciding to go Natural is a Great choice, but you must do your research and choose wisely, having a great Doctor who can guide you is a blessing. If your current Doctor is unable, or unwilling, maybe it is time to search for one who is.

Day TWO
So let's review today:
Breakfast: Vanilla Shake 1/2 serving (didn't eat a cookie, really wasn't hungry)
Lunch-nice tuna salad with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions and a dash of S&P enjoyed a small glass of coke!
Afternoon snack: another 1/2 serving of vanilla shake (still no cookie, not hungry)
Supper: Small bowl of water melon cubes poured a small glass of Coke, must say it didn't taste very well, ended up dumping it out! (now that's a switch)
followed up with a Chocolate Shake (ok I think by now you get the point I only am using a 1/2 serving of shake. I will inform you should this change.) & a Chocolate Chip Cookie.
Evening Snack: (ok slipped a little, but my calories are really low, due to reduced shake servings and only drinking 3 per day) I had a single slice of toast with butter, and glass of coke. (Less than 12 oz today!!) That is really exciting. Can't say it tasted that good either.
My Health Today!
Well day two is going VERY well, but I thought I would take a few minutes to tell you all how my health has appeared over the past 5-7 years bringing you to today. This way you will have a better picture of me, and any future results I get.
I have always been a fitness wannabe. I bought all the books, diets, lifestyle eating, and exercise and wellness information available. I was a very athletic child and youth but then everything just changed. I got married soon started a family even quit work and became a stay at home mom! After my mom had a mild heart attack about 6 years ago, we attended a Healthy Heart program to learn to eat healthier. Well, I have spent too many years into my books to believe for one minute that eating THAT was going to help either of us on the whole. Yes some of the points are good; many I felt just didn't make good common sense. Such as recommending chemical filled LOW FAT cookies! The stuff in them will kill you! (not just my opinion) What I did learn through class testing was that MY CHOLESTEROL READING WAS HIGHER THAN MY MOMS!!! So to the books I went. But eating right seemed to be so darn expensive I just couldn't maintain. I discover RAW living (Rawsome as some of us like to call it) and it makes so much sense to me. It fits with my spiritual begin yet again LIFE makes it easy to fall off the lifestyle change. Keeping the food fresh, not eating all that I expected. I have to get better mentally and physically ready for this change.
Today I am out of shape, weak, and flabby. I have a shortness of breath, no stamina, no tolerance or heat, have bad breath and body odor and have developed a snoring problem to top it all off! My hearing is going bad and my teeth are a mess. That reminds me; at the age of 13 a dentist told me I would be lucky to have teeth at age 21. Well he was wrong! I am now 41 and I am losing the battle with my 4 lower teeth and have lost 3 (2 more lose) of my molars. Was well into my 30 before I lost my first due to rot. Tarter is packing to the four infected teeth it is just horrible. (No I have not seen the dentist in many years, not to my best but for many reason it seemed the right choice.) I recently discover the gift of a lifetime TOOTH SOAP. Infections that I have been dealing with for YEARS now has vanished, my teeth feel stronger, less sensitive than I can ever remember. I can bit down with so much power I never knew. It would appear that I have been allergic to glycerin or fluoride that are major ingredients in MOST EVERY toothpaste. Forget the new stuff with all the artificial sugars that stuff made my glands swell with one use! I was using all natural stuff for years now, but it still had fluoride and glycerin. So my thought is that I am allergic to one of them. With that if I had know or had my dentist of 13 suggested (I didn’t have periodontal disease) I WAS ALLERGIC! My teeth could all well be still in my mouth and strong and healthy to boot! Anyway I will not worry about it any more, neither exist in TOOTH SOAP and my teeth are cleaner, fresher, stronger, and healthier than ever. OK, off my soapbox and back to my current health.
With all that my family has not visited a Dr in 8 years, the common cold is not common here! We basically have very strong immune systems. We stay away from many chemical and reduce the ones we are not aware of as we progress on this journey. My 7 year old is so strong and healthy, yet I know that on the inside we all need some improvements. Food is the root of all disease and I know that is contributing to my aging skin, brown spots, winkles, graying hair, eczema, dry scalp & skin body odors am many other aliments. So for now the goal is to get myself healthier then my family! Making small do-able changes will make it happen easily for all.
Even thought Rawsome lifestyle mentally works for me I still struggle with the real world. So what I decided to do was gain my health first. So I am doing the 30-day Challenge. When my weight is manageable and my addictions (Coke, arsenic chicken among other things) are under control I will take the next step. Right now I will make sure I eat a LUNCH that I desire an a little fruit if I feel the need to snack. The shakes & cookies are so delicious that I look forward to each one. I will begin my yoga practice starting next week one week into the diet. I have my supplements ready but want to be able to describe how I am feeling and progressing first without them. I’m thinking maybe 2-3 weeks. I am sure that with them the whole diet would be even easier.
I have more planned for you all soon, stay tuned to the journal, comment if you desire and good luck. Hope this helps shed some light on my mental and physical health to date.

Day ONE
Oh I really don't want to go here, but I must face the facts! I am 35-40 pounds overweight! On a very small frame! So I have become very round and think chested, it is very unattractive. My young adult weight ranged from 112-117. I always seemed to carry a small pudgy abdomen. So now being 41 I will be happy to see 122-127.
Today weigh in was a whopping 155. 39" at the belly button, 38" at the hips, 43" at the center of the breast, 13" center of the upper arm, 61/2" wrist, 21" at the top of the thigh, 91/4" ankle, 15" neck, fat double chin and cheeks! OK now that all that fat ugly stuff is out of the way,
losing 30lbs is a great goal!
I will be using half a glass of shake, and 1/2 cookies. To me it is very filling. I only drink a half to one glass at a time! My plan is to replace 2 meals per day and eat one average meal and get healthier as I go along!!!
I began my day as planned with one half a shake serving(I do not drink very much) with Vita Water.
Lunch was a breaded chicken breast (not the healthiest) on whole wheat bun with FF and glass of Coke (I am addicted!!) this will be my biggest struggle.
Afternoon a 1/2 serving of chocolate shake, 1/2 cookie.
Supper another 1/2 serving of strawberry shake and a cookie.
A tall iced glass of Vita Water.
Small plate of FRESH sliced cucumbers with S & P.
additional water before bed.
