I know these are not earth shattering or anything, but remember I am not following the program I set out to do. If I was my weight loss would be much better. And Better it is going to get!

Lunch: Tuna Salad on whole wheat toast with Cola
Snack: Sun chips & Salsa with Cola
Supper: Vanilla Shake & 2 slices of multi grain bread with raspberry jam
Snack, 1/2 oatmeal cookie & Vita Water
