Day Nine

There are many wonderful things happening for me. I can feel my body changing. After the not so great weekend, I haven't lost any more weight or inches, but will be losing again soon.
I began taken supplements yesterday. And will add Yoga by end of the week.
Will go over the products and include them in my daily list.

Breakfast: 3 Sausage Links, fried egg, 1 whole wheat toast, glass Vita Water
1 oz Limu Plus, 2 Coral Calcium Plus
Lunch: Vanilla shake & 1/2 Cho Cookie
Plus Vita One Packet

Supper: FF & soy chicken bites with hot sauce & glass of cola

Snack: Choc Shake & 1/2 choc Cookie


I'd like to make tomorrow a Reduced Calorie Day!
