Day Seven

Ok, not such a dieting weekend, but it could have been worse! Next week get real serious!! I will begin adding supplements & begin Yoga. My energy is through the room now and my memory is getting sharper everyday. Am looking forward to the week ahead. Just know like all of you I am human and have weakness too. We can be, do and have all we desire, it just take KNOWING what you want. I make my intentions know for the coming week to be on track, no cheating, struggling or binge eating of any sort. And so it will be!

Breakfast: Vanilla Shake & Cho. cookie
Snack: Vita Water
Lunch: Very nice Tuna Salad with fresh tomatoes, lettuce, onion along with a
dill pickle spear & whole wheat crackers
Snack: Cho Shake Bite of 3 Musketeers bar
Supper: Raw Oatmeal Treat with O.J. & strawberries
Snack: Bite of 3 Musketeers bar & glass of Coke
