WOW! Day Three

I went to bed at the normal time last night around 11:30PM and couldn't believe it when I got up this morning WIDE AWAKE and discovered it was only 6:30 AM. (ok guys, I gotta be honest I am not an earlier riser! 7:30-8:30 usually works much better for me sleep wise.) By 10:00 I had gotten so much done!!! Our family is in the process of making our Lunch the Meal of the Day converting to a light Supper. I had DH & DD supper all made, dishes done, Lunch cooking, a load of cloths washing, before Lunch. (Yeah I know most super women do that everyday! I don't!!) After lunch I tackled the heat and mowed the grass with the riding mower, took about 30-40 minutes. Even the heat didn't' bother me today!! I feel like the energizer bunny, I keep going and going today! My mind seems clearer today. I am thinking ahead more and planning more things as I go through the day I don't have that cloudy gotta think (and yet can't) feeling. All in all a very wonderful day.

I started Day 3 by weighing in & taking a quick waist measurement,
150lbs & 38" at waist. And that is OK!

I feel great!

Breakfast: Chocolate. Shake made with milk (Whole Milk, thought I need a few extra calories)
Mid Morning Snack: Vanilla Shake & Chocolate Chip Cookie (3/4)
Lunch: Fried potatoes, chicken breast pieces, green beans 2 slices of 7 grain toast
& glass of Coke
A tall glass of Iced Vita Water
Afternoon Snack: Chocolate Shake with Milk
A tall glass of Iced Vita Water
Supper: Bowl of Water Melon Cubes & Ice Water
Snack: Vanilla Shake & Oatmeal Raisin Cookie (love those 8 grams of fiber)
